“No ha llegado la vacunación dentro del territorio (Tipnis), lo que ha llegado es la violencia, lo que ha sucedido el día de ayer. Pido que dejemos de estar violentándonos entre bolivianos. De lo que se tienen que preocupar es de la salud. Los que son responsables, las instituciones para que lleguen las vacunas, pero no esa violencia”, sostuvo la senadora Cecilia Moyoviri.  

La legisladora, según informó ANF, insistió en que “no ha llegado ni una sola vacuna”, y agregó:  “Los hermanos hasta ahora no se han vacunado. Por eso me siento indignada por lo que pasa en el territorio”. 

Desde Trinidad se informó que aproximadamente a las cinco  de la tarde del  lunes, una comisión de dirigentes de la Subcentral Orgánica del Territorio Indígena Parque Nacional Isiboro Sécure (Tipnis) fue agredida por un grupo de jóvenes cuando realizaba un recorrido en la zona central del parque nacional, en el río Ichilo.

“Esta gente, los que agredieron en la comunidad, son afines al Gobierno, esa gente de la comunidad no deja que las comisiones vayan a hacer recorrido por esas comunidades, no dejan que nada pase, de Dulce Nombre hacia arriba, no permiten que ninguna autoridad vaya por allá”, denunció María Rocha, comunaria de Nueva Lacea, ubicada sobre el río Secure al interior del Tipnis.

Moyoviri lamentó estos hechos.  “Lo que más me indigna y lástima que haya estas personas violentas dentro del territorio, ya nos han militarizado, ya hubo abuso de poder”, dijo.

What they have to worry about is health. Those who are responsible, the institutions so that the vaccines arrive, but not that violence,” said Senator Cecilia Moyoviri.

The legislator, as reported by ANF, insisted that “not a single vaccine has arrived,” adding: “The brothers have not been vaccinated so far. That is why I am outraged by what is happening in the territory.”

From Trinidad it was reported that at approximately five in the afternoon on Monday, a commission of leaders of the Subcentral Orgánica del Territorio Indígena Parque Nacional Isiboro Sécure (Tipnis) was attacked by a group of young people when they were en route in the central area of ​​the national park, on the Ichilo river.

“These people, those who attacked in the community, are related to the Government, those people from the community do not let the commissions go routing those communities, they do not let anything happen, from Dulce Nombre upwards, they do not allow any authority go there,” denounced María Rocha, a Nueva Lacea community member, located on the Secure river inside the Tipnis.

Moyoviri regretted these events. “What makes me most indignant and sorry that there are these violent people within the territory, they have already militarized us, there has already been an abuse of power,” she said.
