Foreign intervention requested Evo Morales in Cuba
In an unusual way, former President Evo Morales confessed, without the slightest embarrassment, in a press interview that, while he was a refugee in Argentina, he traveled to Cuba to have a meeting with the ruler of that country and with that of Venezuela, with the objective of preparing the overthrow of the government of Jeanine Áñez in order to restore the regime overthrown by the popular insurrection of November 12, 2019.
This statement is aggravated by the fact that the same character assured that while in Buenos Aires, he “lied” saying that he was going to Cuba for health reasons, but that the purpose of the trip was to organize, with the Cuban and Venezuelan presidents, foreign intervention in Bolivia’s internal affairs, such as electing its rulers, an assertion aimed at ignoring Bolivian national sovereignty and applying the denial of the right of self-determination of the peoples to decide their destiny.
The case is even more serious because the former president, with some frequency, declared that he was against foreign interference in countries like Bolivia and defended national sovereignty, because he was against foreign intervention in internal affairs. Moreover, he felt satisfied when he affirmed that he was lying and that this trip was destined to ask the communists Castro and Maduro, the intervention of their countries to establish a tyrannical regime, characterized by leading the Caribbean peoples to misery, hunger and colonization by sub-colonies of contemporary imperialism.
That constitutes a double crime of the former president. It has a level of treason against the Nation and due to its magnitude, could not go unnoticed, far from it. It was confirmed with his own words that reached the world and the Bolivian people in general, that he had the objective opportunity to know, without a doubt, where the Bolivian nation was being led until November 2019.
In Evo Morales’ textual statement to the media, he remarked that while in Argentina he planned how to recover democracy in Bolivia and that his trip “went to a planning meeting with Cuba and Venezuela, a high-level meeting to see how he could retake democracy.” (Sic).
The aforementioned interventionist declaration has the character of a confessed crime against the current Constitution and the plurinational State itself, even more so because it falls under the legal principle of “A confession of part, relief of evidence.”

De manera por demás insólita, el expresidente Evo Morales confesó, sin el menor empacho, en una entrevista de prensa que, estando refugiado en Argentina, viajó a Cuba para tener una reunión con el gobernante de ese país y con el de Venezuela, con el objetivo de preparar el derrocamiento del gobierno de Jeanine Áñez para así restaurar el régimen derribado por la insurrección popular del 12 de noviembre de 2019.
Esa declaración tiene el agravante de que el mismo personaje aseguró que estando en Buenos Aires, “mintió” diciendo que iba a Cuba por razones de salud, pero que la finalidad del viaje era organizar, con los presidentes cubano y venezolano, la intervención extranjera en asuntos internos de Bolivia, como ser elegir a sus gobernantes, aseveración dirigida a desconocer la soberanía nacional boliviana y aplicar la negación del derecho de autodeterminación de los pueblos para decidir su destino.
El caso resulta aún más grave porque el ex mandatario, con cierta frecuencia declaró ser contrario a la injerencia foránea en países como Bolivia y defendía la soberanía nacional, por ser contrario a la intervención extranjera en asuntos internos. Es más, se sintió satisfecho al afirmar que mentía y que ese viaje estaba desinado a pedir a los comunistas Castro y Maduro, la intervención de sus países para instaurar un régimen tiránico, caracterizado por conducir a los pueblos caribeños a la miseria, el hambre y la colonización por subcolonias del imperialismo contemporáneo.
Ese constituye un doble delito del ex presidente. Tiene nivel de traición a la Patria y por su magnitud no pudo pasar desapercibido, ni muchísimo menos. Fue confirmado con sus propias palabras que llegaron a conocimiento mundial y del pueblo boliviano en general, que tuvo la oportunidad objetiva de saber, sin lugar a la menor duda, a dónde estaba siendo conducida la nación boliviana hasta noviembre de 2019.
En la declaración textual de Evo Morales a los medios de comunicación, remarcó que estando en Argentina planeó cómo recuperar la democracia en Bolivia y que su viaje “fue a una reunión de planificación con Cuba y Venezuela, una reunión de alto nivel para ver cómo retomaba la democracia”. (Sic).
La susodicha declaración intervencionista tiene carácter de delito confeso contra la Constitución vigente y el mismo Estado plurinacional, más aún porque cae bajo el principio jurídico de “A confesión de parte, relevo de prueba”.
