They organize a solidarity festival to support artists with Covid-19
The online meeting will take place this Saturday, January 30, and will include concerts and a virtual auction.
In order to raise funds to support artists affected by Covid-19, next Saturday, January 30, the solidarity version of the Quarantine Song Festival and an auction of artistic objects will be held, the collection of which will go to the “Health to continue creating” campaign promoted by Artistas x Artistas – Bolivia.
After three successful versions of the virtual festival, which has brought together 32 singer-songwriters from all over America, and in response to the health situation, the solidarity version of the Quarantine Song Festival will be broadcast on Saturday, January 30, from 5:00 p.m. to 20:00, freely through their channel on Facebook.
Among the artists that will be part of the repertoire are duet René Ponce and Irie Sax, Yujra Brass, Konka Jauregui, Warmi Tambor and Willy Quiroga
The meeting will not have a fixed ticket, but will appeal to the solidarity of the population through donations to the savings account announced on social networks.
On the other hand, the auction of artistic objects (CDs, books, T-shirts, design chinstraps, etc.) will take place during the transmission of the concert between musical participations. People will be able to bid live in the comments and finalize the purchase.
All the money raised will be given to the “Health to continue creating” campaign, which was recently launched by the Artistas x Artistas – Bolivia collective and which aims to raise money, medical supplies and get support in telemedicine to help sick artists. since most do not have health insurance and, due to the characteristics of their work, they have not been able to generate income during 2020.

El encuentro en línea se realizará este sábado 30 de enero e incluirá conciertos y una subasta virtual.
Con la finalidad de recaudar fondos para apoyar a los artistas afectados por la Covid-19, el próximo sábado 30 de enero se llevará a cabo la versión solidaria del Festival de la Canción en Cuarentena y una subasta de objetos artísticos, cuya recaudación irá a la campaña “Salud para seguir creando” impulsada por Artistas x Artistas – Bolivia.
Después de tres exitosas versiones del festival virtual, que ha congregado a 32 cantautores de toda América, y en respuesta ante la situación sanitaria, la versión solidaria del Festival de la Canción en Cuarentena se difundirá el sábado 30 de enero, de 17:00 a 20:00, de manera libre a través de su canal en Facebook.
Entre los artistas que formarán parte del repertorio se encuentran René Ponce e Irie Sax dúo, Yujra Brass, Konka Jauregui, Warmi Tambor y Willy Quiroga
El encuentro no contará con una entrada fija, sino que apelará a la solidaridad de la población a través de donaciones a la cuenta de ahorros anunciada en las redes sociales.
Por otra parte, la subasta de objetos artísticos (CD, libros, poleras, barbijos de diseño, etc.) se realizará durante la transmisión del concierto entre las participaciones musicales. La gente podrá ofertar en vivo en los comentarios y concretar la compra.
Todo el dinero recaudado será entregado a la campaña “Salud para seguir creando”, que fue lanzada recientemente por el colectivo Artistas x Artistas – Bolivia y que tiene como finalidad recaudar dinero, insumos médicos y conseguir apoyo en telemedicina para auxiliar a los artistas enfermos, puesto que la mayoría no cuenta con un seguro médico y, por las características de su trabajo, no ha podido generar ingresos durante 2020.
