Evo did not make any structural changes
Luis Arce Catacora, MAS presidential candidate and former Minister of Economy of former President Evo Morales, protected by his ignorance of political economy, declared, in an abstract way, that during his time in power, the MAS made “structural changes” in reality of the country, but he did not know how to specify, far from it, what those changes were and where and when they were made. However, it can be anticipated that if there was any change, it was pushing the country back to the colonial, feudal, community past.
In effect, said candidate limited himself to abstract statements that, like all abstractions, are not real and, therefore, the changes that he enunciated do not exist, with the aggravation that the preacher does not know what structure is, a fact that he revealed in more of one of his speculations, such as the absurd “The new social, community and productive economic model” with which he duped the government at that time and led the country to the most frightening economic crisis of its life, such as the one it is experiencing today, counting in addition, with many millions of dollars that, under his administration, went to the garbage dump.
But when it comes to structural changes, what Minister Luis Arce Catacora actually produced was to destroy to the foundations the national and democratic structures of the country and now the Bolivian people are striving to rebuild the nation and its economy to survive.
In the first place, the Government of Evo Morales ignored the existence of the Bolivian Nation, it simply turned it into a simple ethereal State, which, in other words, meant that Bolivia ceased to exist as a material reality, with its territory, its economy, its language, its population, etc. and only the subjective aspect of the State remained, which, at best, is a reflection of reality. That meant that only the subjective existed and not the objective. There was only the soul and not the body. Not even that!
That was the “structural change” that the MAS government carried out for fourteen years, a state of affairs that the Bolivian people could not accept, for which they excreted it definitively through a memorable insurrection that now their boss wants to turn into a mere “coup de State” of the “pititas.”
Another “structural change” of the accomplice Luis Arce Catacora is that his government pushed the country back from democracy to feudalism and communitarianism, as if history could go back to the past, as if time were reversible. It annulled, for example, the main democratic conquests of the indigenous population, achieved during centuries of struggles, such as the right to own land for indigenous people, agrarian reform, etc.
The destruction of these two basic structures in the country was accompanied by demagoguery and terrorism. Justice was shattered, the armed forces turned into praetorian forces to complete the destruction of the nation and democracy. In addition, racism and discrimination were reapplied, all with a wave of corruption, covered up with the resources of drug trafficking, protected by an angry Bonapartism.
These aspects should serve to initiate a political judgment of responsibilities for the MAS satraps, about which the political parties that they want to “perfect” say nothing, in case of reaching the government, as Evo Morales’ own minions want, whose tip of spear is Luis Arce Catacora.
Evo no hizo algún cambio estructural
Luis Arce Catacora, candidato presidencial del MAS y ex ministro de Economía del expresidente Evo Morales, amparado en su ignorancia de economía-política declaró, en forma abstracta, que durante su paso por el poder, el MAS realizó “cambios estructurales” en la realidad del país, pero no supo concretar, ni mucho menos, cuáles fueron esos cambios y dónde y cuándo se realizaron. Sin embargo, se puede anticipar que si hubo algún cambio, fue haciendo retroceder al país hacia el pasado colonial, feudal, comunitario.
En efecto, dicho candidato se limitó a afirmaciones abstractas que, como todas las abstracciones, no son reales y, por tanto, los cambios que enunció no existen, con el agravante de que el predicador no sabe qué es estructura, hecho que reveló en más de una de sus elucubraciones, como ser el absurdo “El nuevo modelo económico social, comunitario y productivo” con que embaucó al gobierno de entonces y condujo al país a la crisis económica más espantosa de su vida, como la que vive al presente, contando, además, con muchísimos millones de dólares que, bajo su administración, fueron a parar al basurero.
Pero si de cambios estructurales se trata, lo que en realidad produjo el ministro Luis Arce Catacora fue destruir hasta los cimientos las estructuras nacionales y democráticas del país y ahora el pueblo boliviano se esfuerza por reconstruir la nación y su economía para sobrevivir.
En primer lugar, el Gobierno de Evo Morales desconoció la existencia de la Nación boliviana, la convirtió simple y llanamente en un simple Estado etéreo, lo que, en otras palabras, significó que Bolivia deje de existir como realidad material, con su territorio, su economía, su lenguaje, su población, etc. y solo quedó subsistiendo el aspecto subjetivo del Estado, que, a lo más, es un reflejo de la realidad. Eso significó que solo existía lo subjetivo y no lo objetivo. Solo existía el alma y no el cuerpo. ¡Ni eso!
Ese fue el “cambio estructural” que realizó el gobierno del MAS durante catorce años, estado de cosas que no pudo aceptar el pueblo boliviano, por lo cual lo excretó definitivamente mediante una insurrección memorable que ahora su jefe quiere convertirla en un mero “golpe de Estado” de las “pititas”.
Otro “cambio estructural” del cómplice Luis Arce Catacora es que su gobierno hizo retroceder al país de la democracia al feudalismo y al comunitarismo, como si la historia pudiese retroceder al pasado, como si el tiempo fuese reversible. Anuló, por ejemplo, las principales conquistas democráticas de la población indígena, conseguidas durante siglos de luchas, como el derecho de propiedad de la tierra para los indígenas, la reforma agraria, etc.
La destrucción de esas dos básicas estructuras del país estuvo acompañada de demagogia y terrorismo. La Justicia fue hecha añicos, las fuerzas armadas convertidas en fuerzas pretorianas para completar la destrucción de la nación y la democracia. Además, se volvió a aplicar el racismo y la discriminación, todo con una ola de corrupción, encubierta con los recursos del narcotráfico, amparado por un iracundo bonapartismo.
Esos aspectos deben servir para iniciarles a los sátrapas del MAS un juicio político de responsabilidades, acerca del cual nada dicen los partidos políticos que quieren “perfeccionar”, en caso de llegar al gobierno, como quiere el mismo tolderío de Evo Morales, cuya punta de lanza es Luis Arce Catacora.
