MAS has to be defeated
The MAS returned to what it used to be in the hands of García Linera, a terrorist group, since that is what the MAS is doing on the country’s highways; so far the former vice president has not returned what he stole from the UMSS. Morales’s mandate to surround the cities, to deprive them of oxygen, is still present, that is a criminal order; he is still obsessed with power, even if it costs lives, especially of his followers.
UNDP and many international NGOs did next to nothing for a long time knowing all the abuses of the MAS; on the contrary, they supported García Linera in the Clacso logic; under the pretext of social inclusion, they forgot the defense of democracy, due process, the rule of law, and the human rights of hundreds of people and thousands of exiles. Those close to those institutions made the Law of Political Organizations and its regulations for the MAS to win.
Who said that unionism was democratic? It is less so now, when the COB has no social base; it is a group of unscrupulous people, co-opted by Evo with hotels, cars and luxury salaries. Class independence for the COB does not exist, since they were subordinated to the MAS.
The dead this week, due to lack of oxygen, are responsible: Morales, García Linera, Arce Catacora, the COB and the entire MAS. Now that party pretends that the social movements on their own blocked the roads, when we well know where the instructions came from, linked to the objective that the MAS does not lose its acronym.
Should the future of democracy be agreed with those who attempt against life? They put dynamite and say they would agree, in reality they wanted a coup, because they doubt their electoral possibilities, they wanted a confrontation so that there are deaths that lead to accuse the government. Morales, the MAS and the COB pushed 40 deaths due to lack of oxygen. They must be tried respecting due process, these deaths cannot be covered with the cloak of impunity.
We do not know if there will be dialogue or not, and how sincere he may be, but what we are certain of is that Mrs. Añez should be President and not a candidate; That the eastern agricultural bourgeoisie, formerly an ally of Evo, does not continue in power, these interest groups will not let her renounce her candidacy. If she doesn’t, she will continue to be a piece of those interests, which are not those of the majority of the country; but, she could be a hero if she gives up being a candidate. It is what democracy needs, it is what we need to reach elections with less conflict. Her candidacy gives the MAS excuses to plot.
Young people, women, families must be as in October 2019: practical against the authoritarianism of the MAS. We want democracy, this implies that the MAS is out of power, for this we need politicians to stop their pettiness, that unviable leaders should not harm democracy. The politicians, the caudillos of small organizations who realize that it is necessary to win the MAS in elections. It is necessary that the unviable candidates do not divide the vote against the MAS. That politicians do not ask for unity around each one of them, as owners of the truth; Bolivia does not need caudillos who do not think about the common good. If the meanness continues, they facilitate the success of the MAS.
Morales and the MAS are weakened, but the choking blows are dangerous. The lack of coordination against the MAS allowed drug trafficking – the nucleus of the MAS – to rule at ease for fourteen years, this should not be repeated any more. Today the challenge of the parties and leaders against the MAS is to win over the party that protects drug trafficking.
That requires many resignations, if they do, politicians have a future forward; the opposite implies that they will win the repudiation of the population. And we do not applaud the Murillos who have an authoritarian logic equal to that of the MAS. We do not want authoritarianism from anywhere.
Citizens, young people, women, families, let’s open our eyes, let’s be active, as in October and November 2019, and defeat the MAS in the elections.

Hay que ganarle al MAS
El MAS volvió a lo que era antes en manos de García Linera, un grupo terrorista, pues es eso lo que está haciendo el MAS en las carreteras del país; hasta ahora el exvicepresidente no devolvió lo que robó a la UMSS. El mandato de Morales de cercar a las ciudades, de quitarles oxígeno, sigue presente, esa es una orden criminal; él sigue obsesionado por el poder, aunque eso cuente vidas, en especial, de sus seguidores.
El PNUD y muchas ONG internacionales no hicieron casi nada durante mucho tiempo sabiendo todos los abusos del MAS; al contrario, apoyaron a García Linera en la lógica Clacso; so pretexto de inclusión social, se olvidaron de la defensa de la democracia, del debido proceso, del Estado de Derecho, de los derechos humanos de cientos de personas y de miles de exiliados. Allegados a esas instituciones hicieron la Ley de Organizaciones Políticas y su reglamento para que gane el MAS.
¿Quién dijo que el sindicalismo era democrático? Lo es menos ahora, cuando la COB no tiene base social; es un grupo de gente sin escrúpulos, cooptado por Evo con hoteles, autos y salarios de lujo. La independencia de clase para la COB no existe, pues se subordinaron al MAS.
Los muertos de esta semana, por falta de oxígeno, tiene responsables: Morales, García Linera, Arce Catacora, la COB y todo el MAS. Ahora ese partido finge que los movimientos sociales por su cuenta bloquearon las carreteras, cuando bien sabemos de dónde venían las instrucciones, ligadas al objetivo de que el MAS no pierda su sigla.
¿Con esos que atentan contra la vida se debe pactar el futuro de la democracia? Meten dinamita y dicen pactar, en realidad querían golpe de Estado, porque dudan de sus posibilidades electorales, deseaban confrontación para que haya muertos que conduzcan a acusar al gobierno. Morales, el MAS y la COB empujaron a 40 muertes por falta de oxígeno. Hay que juzgarlos respetando el debido proceso, esas muertes no pueden quedar cubiertas con el manto de la impunidad.
No sabemos si habrá diálogo o no, y cuán sincero puede ser él, pero de lo que tenemos certeza es que la señora Añez debe ser Presidenta y no candidata; que la burguesía agropecuaria de oriente, antes aliada del Evo, no siga en el poder, esos grupos de intereses no la dejan renunciar a su candidatura. Si no lo hace, ella seguirá siendo una pieza de esos intereses, que no son los de la mayoría del país; pero, podría ser heroína si renuncia a ser candidata. Es lo que precisa la democracia, es lo que lo necesitamos para llegar a elecciones con menos conflictos. Su candidatura le da pretextos al MAS para complotar.
Los jóvenes, las mujeres, las familias deben ser como en octubre de 2019: prácticos contra el autoritarismo del MAS. Queremos democracia, ello implica fuera el MAS del poder, para ello precisamos que los políticos dejen sus mezquindades, que los caudillos inviables no perjudiquen a la democracia. Los políticos, los caudillos de organizaciones pequeñas que se den cuenta que es preciso ganar al MAS en elecciones. Es necesario que los candidatos inviables no dividan el voto contra el MAS. Que los políticos no pidan la unidad en torno a uno cada uno de ellos, como dueños de la verdad; Bolivia no precisa caudillos que no piensan en el bien común. Si la mezquindad continúa, facilitan el triunfo del MAS.
Morales y el MAS están debilitados, pero, los coletazos de ahogado son peligrosos. La falta de coordinación contra el MAS dejó que el narcotráfico -núcleo del MAS- gobierne a sus anchas durante catorce años, eso no debe repetirse más. Hoy el reto de los partidos y líderes contra el MAS es ganar al partido que protege al narcotráfico.
Eso requiere de muchos renunciamientos, si lo hacen los políticos tienen futuro hacia adelante; lo contrario implica que ganarán el repudio de la población. Y no aplaudamos a los Murillos que tienen una lógica autoritaria igual a la del MAS. No queremos autoritarismos de ningún lado.
Ciudadanos, jóvenes, mujeres, familias, abramos los ojos, seamos activos, como en octubre y noviembre de 2019, y derrotemos al MAS en las elecciones.
