We all like to go to restaurants looking to share with family and friends, especially to celebrate an occasion. On May 16 that’s exactly what the family of Santiago Lozano did. They were celebrating Santiago’s Day of the Banker, which Mr. Lozano liked to celebrate every year.
What Mr. Lozano and his family didn’t know was that this would be his last picture. As moments after eating at Friday’s, Mr. Lozano slipped on the poor designed floor at the Ventura Mall in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
This floor is slippery. On a city, such as Santa Cruz, where tropical storms and rain happen often, this floor is extremely dangerous! After Mr. Lozano slipped and was rushed to surgery, his son reached out to the restaurant in hopes to talk to someone about this incident.
It’s been over a month, and Friday’s has yet to answer.
Mr. Lozano’s son was not looking for money. His only hope, to this day, is to reach someone at the restaurant and for them to take action on this and change this dangerous floor to avoid further slips from their customers.
Here’s a picture of their slippery floor, which is even more slippery in rain. Please share this story with your loved ones so you don’t go through with what Mr. Lozano and his family had to endure since May 16. Mr. Lozano passed away on June 4. This good, healthy man suffered the consequences of this poorly thought out floor. Customers beware!
The ordeal was recorded initially here:
This “restaurant”… this TGI Friday’s in Santa Cruz Bolivia, must change its entrance floor!!!!
SHAME ON YOU FRIDAY’S!!!! SHAME!!!!
