El Deber reports in its website tonight, an outrageous political move stirred by current political party in central government.
The Governor of Beni, Ernesto Suárez Sattori was suspended in the last few hours. -Authority argues that this is a coup d ‘ état sponsored by the national Government. Haisen Ribera Leigue, member of the Departmental Council, belongs to the revolutionary nationalist movement party (MNR), in representation of the Mamoré province is in his place.
The opposition Governor to the current Government, faces a trial for having used economic resources to repair an electricity generator for the municipality of San Borja. “Today a plot was engineered from the public prosecutor office to formally place an accusation against me, it was presented to the departmental Assembly without being on the agenda”, denounced Suárez.
14 votes against Suarez and 13 were in his favor, which determined the exit of the suspended authority. “This is part of the political persecution in a disproportionate effort to take the governorship.” This determination violates the political Constitution of the State, said the authority at the press conference.

This type of “removal” was orchestrated by current occasions: Governors of La Paz, Cochabamba, Tarija, and Pando were removed with allegations of different sorts; like the mayor of Potosi. It is worth remembering that over 600 Bolivian people were forced to seek “political asylum” in Brazil, USA, Peru and Paraguay.
This is how democracy attempts to survive in Bolivia…
