Viable road options instead of going through the TIPNIS

There is a Law that prohibits ANY road through the TIPNIS, and there are these options… so why the government keeps playing the same old song? Get to work and choose one of them, the additional cost of avoiding (protecting) the TIPNIS is called “internalizing the externalities”… look it up if you want, it is an environmental economics tool that assigns real cost to this road.
