La Razon reports on this issue: Bolivia has one of the largest entrepreneurial population in the world, but only 25% of this Bolivian population had received a training; although most of it was obtained on a voluntary and empirical basis. GEM’s study highlights lack of public policies, governmental programs, research and development transfers, and financing to those entrepreneurs who —on average— are 32 years old and a majority of them ar women.
