Now, the electoral office is saying that the results could be made available by October 24th, last night hey said October 29th.

It’s worth remembering that current Bolivian President estimated a 70% of votes in favor of the electoral process (valid votes). Unfortunately, for him, the null and void with the white votes are now estimated at around 70%. Quite a change in perception, right?
