This cartoon appeared today in El Diario, it represents what most, if not all, Bolivians feel about th ongoing struggle of the indigenous people from the TIPNIS who are fighting against a road construction that intends to cut their territory in half.

The first person says: “…the ‘Evo’ in all these years has accomplished in dividing the pluri-national state in 36 nations..” and the other person replies: “… and the ‘TIPNIS’ in less than a week have reunited the whole country!..”
