Los Tiempos’ cartoon for today displays how low president’s popularity continues to fall. 22% is way to low from mid 60s he received the last election. Cartoon portraits two ducks, in Bolivia we have a table game called “cacho” and when there is two dices with number 2 displaying we call “par de patitos” or pair of little ducks.

Cartoon shows that president suffered a new protest and that acceptance went down to 22%, just below that, there is a bullet stating that the unions (COB) former ally of the government is requesting a 15% salary increase (we know the outcome of that). The first duck mentions those 22% are known as pair of little ducks and the second duck says “right… and you get there by systematically screwing it up!” (the word pata in Spanish means female duck and screwing it up).
