Ipsos Report

The country’s economic situation, with accelerated inflation, a shortage of foreign currency and fuel, is reflected in Bolivians’ pessimism about the management of the economy, with Bolivia leading at the regional level with 93%, followed by Peru with 90%, and then Chile with 73%.

In Bolivia’s case, since July, both popularity and discontent began to grow, as Bolivians believe that the current government, led by President Luis Arce, is leading the national economy down the wrong path.

The report indicates that by the first quarter of 2025, the percentage of pessimism reached 93%, while optimism fell to 7%.
