CNI and EU award winners of the contest
The National Chamber of Commerce (CNI), executor of the REDEmpleo project, financed by the European Union (EU), awarded the first version of the “Innovative Green Business Ideas” contest, in a ceremony held at the Casa Grande hotel.
The contest initiative had the objective of identifying and strengthening businesses aligned with the circular economy model, in the territorial intervention area of the REDEmpleo project, in the municipalities of La Paz, El Alto, Viacha, Laja and Achocalla.
During the event, the president of the CNI, Ibo Blazicevic, highlighted the work carried out by the entrepreneurs, who are committed to promoting triple-impact businesses that are more sustainable, that incorporate production processes under the circular economy approach, as well as a efficient management of natural resources and proper waste management, turning towards a new development model that is more inclusive, more equitable and responsible for their consumption habits and for the benefit of the environment. “Achieving cleaner production systems for goods and services and encouraging responsible consumption, based on the efficient management of natural resources, the reduction of waste and the elimination of toxic and polluting waste is a task that concerns us all”, Blazicevic pointed out.
CNI y UE premian a ganadores del concurso
La Cámara Nacional de Comercio (CNI), ejecutora del proyecto REDEmpleo, financiado por la Unión Europea (UE) realizó la premiación de la primera versión del concurso «Ideas innovadoras de negocios verdes», en ceremonia realizada en el hotel Casa Grande.
La iniciativa del concurso tuvo el objetivo de identificar y fortalecer los negocios alineados al modelo de economía circular, en el área de intervención territorial del proyecto REDEmpleo, en los municipios de La Paz, El Alto, Viacha, Laja y Achocalla.
Durante el acto, el presidente de la CNI, Ibo Blazicevic, destacó el trabajo realizado por los emprendedores, quienes apostaron por impulsar negocios de triple impacto, que sean más sustentables, que incorporen procesos productivos bajo el enfoque de la economía circular, así como una gestión eficiente de los recursos naturales y el adecuado manejo de residuos, dando un giro hacia un nuevo modelo de desarrollo más inclusivo, más equitativo y responsable de sus hábitos de consumo y en beneficio del medioambiente. «Lograr sistemas de producción de bienes y servicios más limpios e incentivar el consumo responsable, a partir de la gestión eficiente de los recursos naturales, la reducción de residuos y eliminación de los desechos tóxicos y contaminantes es una tarea que nos concierne a todos», puntulizó Blazicevic.
