Well, police arrested alleged criminal in company with two others, as reported today in Los Tiempos, at 15:36 hours, local time today July 25, 2011:
El Dia informs that Sandy Castedo, presumably shot Governor Ruben Costas when the Governor was trying to stop a robbery in April 12, 2011. Castedo was caught as a result on a series of car thefts that the police force was investigating.
I hope this arrest will result in clarifying this hideous act and all criminals serve time. Santa Cruz is regarded as the most unstable city in terms of violent crimes in Bolivia.
